Returns & Refunds Policy

At UniqueOak, we take pride in our handcrafted wooden products. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please read our returns and refunds policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Products should be in the same condition as received, unused and undamaged.
• Custom or personalised orders may not be eligible for return unless faulty or damaged.

2. How to Request a Return

Contact us at uniqueoakstore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning the item.

3. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order if needed.

5. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately at uniqueoakstore@gmail.com so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom.
